This Site is operated personally by Lake Lei as an independent freight solutions specialist. It provides:

• Information about Asia–US ocean freight routes and capacity
• Free informational tools (CBM calculator, container optimizer)
• A channel to request quotes and consult on shipping arrangements

Quotes are indicative only and not binding until confirmed in a separate written agreement (booking confirmation, contract of carriage, or service agreement).

3. Tools & disclaimers · 工具与免责

Free tools provided on this Site (CBM Calculator, Container Optimizer, etc.) are for indicative reference only. Actual loadability, customs compliance, and final pricing must be confirmed with the actual carrier and operations team before any commercial commitment. We are not responsible for losses arising from sole reliance on tool outputs.

4. No carrier / NVOCC undertaking · 非承运人声明

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, the operator of this Site is not acting as an ocean common carrier, NVOCC, or customs broker in your transaction. Any ocean freight carriage will be performed by licensed ocean carriers; customs clearance will be performed by licensed customs brokers. We act as a coordinator and consultant connecting shippers to appropriate service providers.

Rates, schedules, transit times, and other freight market data on this Site are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but make no warranty regarding accuracy at any moment in time.

6. Limitation of liability · 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any tools provided on it. Liability for any actual freight contract will be governed by the applicable bill of lading, contract of carriage, or service agreement — not by these Terms.

8. Governing law · 适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's business location in Shenzhen.
